PSA Grading from Korea (September 2026)
How to get your cards into PSA's system from South Korea: the Hong Kong Submission Center route, the Seoul dealer route, and what each costs.
Route 1: Submit direct via PSA Hong Kong
PSA's Hong Kong Submission Center (opened late 2025) is the official intake and return hub for South Korea and most of Asia-Pacific. Your cards go Seoul → Hong Kong → PSA California → back through Hong Kong to you.
Request access to PSA's Online Submission Center. First-time APAC submitters fill out PSA's access form (IP whitelist) — allow 3–5 business days for approval.
Create your submission online: pick a service level, declare each card's value honestly (it sets insurance and eligibility), and print the submission forms.
Ship to the PSA Hong Kong Submission Center with the forms inside (tracked and insured — EMS from Korea works), or drop off in person by appointment, Monday–Friday.
Track progress in Submission History on psacard.com. Finished orders return to Hong Kong first, then ship to your Korean address on file.
Route 2: Submit through a Seoul dealer
If the online process is more friction than you want, PSA lists an authorized dealer in Seoul — Hobby Korea (Seocho-gu) — that takes group submissions. Dealers charge a markup per card over PSA's own fees, but they handle the forms, shipping, and customs paperwork, and group submissions can reach cheaper bulk tiers you can't hit alone.
Grading locally instead? BRG (Break Grading) is Korea's main domestic grader — no international round trip, but BRG slabs resell lower than PSA on eBay and international marketplaces. If the card is for your own collection, that trade can be fine; if it's for resale, PSA usually nets more.
Check before you ship: PSA accepts Korean-language Pokémon cards set-by-set. Most modern sets are in PSA's database; some older and promo sets are not. Search the PSA Population Report for your exact set first — if it shows graded population, you're clear to submit.

How long does the full round trip take?
PSA's quoted turnaround (current times here) plus roughly 2–4 weeks total for the Korea → Hong Kong → California legs and the return.
Which cards are worth grading?

Does PSA grade Korean-exclusive promos?
Only if the promo is in PSA's set database. Korean stamp-rally and event promos are hit-and-miss — check the Population Report for the exact promo number before shipping it anywhere.
