How the ranking works
Every card is scored on expected profit per submission: the historical gem rate (PSA 10s as a share of total population) weights the PSA 10 outcome against the PSA 9 outcome, minus PSA's Regular fee, shipping, and eBay selling fees. The pool is filtered for liquidity (25+ recorded sales) and statistical significance (50+ graded population) — so every card on the list is one you can actually buy and actually sell.
PSA Value tiers are currently paused — unlike most "cards to grade" lists, our math uses the real Regular-tier fee. If a card only works at $24.99 grading, it's not on this list.
