How the ranking works
A card qualifies only when we recorded 10+ raw sales and 3+ PSA 10 sales in the last 90 days, a PSA 9 price from sales too, and 45%+ of its PSA population is a 10 (100+ graded). Qualified cards are ranked by expected profit per submission: the gem rate weights the PSA 10 result against the PSA 9 result, minus PSA's Priority fee, shipping and eBay fees. No vendor estimates anywhere — if we did not see it sell, it is not on the list.
PSA's Value tiers are paused — unlike most "cards to grade" lists, our math uses the real Priority-tier fee of $79.99. If a card only works at bulk-rate grading, it's not on this list.
