Agreement
By accessing or using PokeInvest (the "Service"), including our website and iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
PokeInvest provides Pokémon card market data, price tracking, portfolio management, PSA grading analysis, and investment analytics tools. The Service is available as a free tier with limited features and a paid Premium subscription with full access.
Subscriptions and Payments
PokeInvest Premium is available as a monthly subscription at $7.99/month. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase (or at the end of the free trial). Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
- Select PokeInvest
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your paid period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete account information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any data obtained from the Service
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
Market Data Disclaimer
All market data, price information, investment analytics, Hidden Gems scores, and grading recommendations provided by PokeInvest are for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of pricing data, investment outcomes, or grading results. Always conduct your own research before making purchasing, selling, or grading decisions. Past price performance does not guarantee future results.
Intellectual Property
PokeInvest and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PokeInvest and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Pokémon and all related trademarks are property of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. PokeInvest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Pokémon Company or its affiliates.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokeInvest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
